AGB - General Terms and Conditions

The WKO's Terms & Conditions apply.

Important information:

Tourist tax: € 2, 20 per person from 16 years and night.
Payable on site. Children and adolescents free up to the age of 15.

Use of the sauna : Daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., only by prior arrangement.

Breakfast: Breakfast daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Dinner: Dinner (4-course menu of choice - salad, starter / soup , Main course, dessert) is in our Bienenhäusl restaurant, approx. 150 meters from the Hotel, served.

Dogs: Euro 15.00 per day without food

Sauna: Our sauna is open between 3pm: Open midnight and 8:00 p.m.

Reduction for children (unless otherwise stated):
0 to 2.9 years in the room of 2 full-paying adults free of charge.
3 to 7.9 years 50% in a room with 2 full-paying adults,
from 8 to 11.9 years 30% in a room with two full-paying adults, f
rom 12 to 15.9 years 10% in a room with two full-paying adults Full payment.

Single room surcharge : € 25, - per person and night

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Arrival : possible daily. Check-in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask for a telephone call (+43 5285 62798).
Departure by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Deposit payment and final payment: Due to the current situation, we do not require a deposit payment.

Cancellations :
Due to the current situation, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival until 23.10.2021 . Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

From October 24th, 2021:

• no cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the holiday,
• Up to 1 month before the start of the holiday, we charge 3 days.
• From 1 month before the start of the holiday or early departure, we charge 80% of the booked stay.
• The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
• In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Final cleaning : We charge a one-time fee of € 60 for the final cleaning in the apartments.
